Through some of opera’s most passionate and dramatic arias, as well as some of Mexico’s most treasured songs, this program explores the exquisite tension between excitement and vulnerability: the spark of first attraction, the ache of longing, the tremble of uncertainty, and the dizzying joy of surrender.
